The Stevelman Group provides certified executive coaching led by former CEOs — helping C-suite leaders, women executives, rising stars, and attorneys elevate their impact. We also deliver supportive outplacement coaching for professionals in transition, and team-effectiveness programs that elevate trust, unity, and purpose. Every Stevelman Group coach has led a major organization, with direct responsibility for strategy, culture, revenue, and people — experience that brings both empathy and edge to every engagement. We work cooperatively with internal sponsors (Learning and Development; supervisors, HR) and the coaching client to ensure all parties are aligned to a shared vision of success. We coach towards specific and measurable outcomes, and we achieve those outcomes. We align your organizational goals (e.g., leadership growth, success in a new role, management skills, performance upgrade, behavioral change, improved communications) with a clear plan for results. We fully commit to each clients’ success, focusing on their innate strengths, and how to leverage those strengths to achieve outcomes. Our approach is to be relentlessly positive, encouraging, energized and elevating. In all cases, we are committed to ensuring a transformative outcome where everyone wins.

The success or failure of any enterprise will always be determined by its people. Within my own leadership journey, I learned that transformation doesn’t start with a plan, it starts with people, connecting with transparency, honesty, and belief.
That experience shaped how I lead, and how I coach. The beginning of transformation for any enterprise, leader or any team must start with belief; that transformation is possible, the great results can be achieved, that incredible breakthroughs and outstanding and measurable results are not only possible but likely given the fuel to succeed. And that fuel is belief. But how can we attain authentic belief?
At The Stevelman Group, we believe leadership is personal. When people feel seen, valued, and supported, they don’t just perform better, they thrive. The great lesson of my career is that people can accomplish anything when they feel valued, believe in themselves, and have a clear plan. Confidence stems from knowing and using their unique strengths to overcome challenges. Coaching fosters a strong foundation and belief in clients.
